Palin's lack of discipline makes Johnston seek full custody of their son, Tripp

Bristol Palin, daughter of politician Sarah Palin and reality TV star, will face a custody battle with Levi Johnston over their son Tripp, 3.

Johnston believes that Palin is unfit to raise their child. During her reality show Lifes a Tripp, the NY Daily News reports Tripp dropped the F-word on air. Although Johnston attributes that this incident as the last straw, he has been openly critical about Palins parenting techniques in the past.

Johnston tells TMZ he is disgusted by what he has seen on the show and claims I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised in the right way.

Palin similarly admits that she could be a better parent, stating in the same episode Im doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp.

Palin and Johnston first announced the pregnancy with Tripp during Governor Sarah Palins campaign for Vice President in 2008. While the couple split shortly after Tripps birth, Bristol Palin stayed in the public eye through her reality TV shows and appearance on Dancing With the Stars.
