Sarah Palin Pans Obamas Debate Performance: I Almost Felt Sorry For Him
video
Appearing on Fox Business Networks post-debate show, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin panned President Barack Obamas debate performance while heaping heavy praise upon fellow Republican Mitt Romneys showing.
It was a struggle to watch some parts of this, she told host Neil Cavuto. President Obama, with his lack of enthusiasm for his own policies and his lack of conviction in trying to articulate why it is that he believes government will make you healthy, wealthy, and wise and happy when you know the vast majority of Americans know government is not the answer, continued the 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate.
I almost felt sorry for him, in his role as president, trying to explain why we need to repeat four more years of failed policies, she added.
By contrast, Palin thought this was Romneys night. She told Cavuto that the GOP candidate did very well, and he was able to articulate well why someone with great business experience is what we need to turn this economy around.
