Bristol Palin slams Julianne Moore's portrayal of Sarah Palin

Bristol Palin has slammed Julianne Moore's award-winning portrayal of Sarah Palin in Game Change.

Moore recently won a Primetime Emmy Award for her portrayal of Sarah in the HBO television film, but her portrayal has been described as inaccurate by the politician's daughter Bristol.

"I don't think she's a good interpreter of my mum. I think my mum's way hotter than that," Bristol commented to Us Magazine.

Bristol went on to criticise Moore for failing to capture an accurate Alaska drawl in director Jay Roach's Game Change.

"[Mum] doesn't have that accent. It's all kind of silly... My mum's awesome," she declared.

Moore poked fun at the Palin family's dissatisfaction of her portrayal while accepting her Emmy last month.

"I feel so validated because Sarah Palin gave me a big thumbs down," the actress joked.

Game Change aired on HBO in March.
