Last year, Bristol Palin was heckled at a Hollywood restaurant and bar, by a man who then went on to file a defamation lawsuit against the Dancing with the Stars alum, even though he was caught bashing Bristol, and her mom, Sarah Palin. But now, Palins attorney announced that the lawsuit has since been tossed out by the judge!

Karma, anyone? Last September, Bristol Palin made headlines when she was heckled at a bar and restaurant in West Hollywood, during the filming of her show, Lifes A Tripp. Stephen Hanks, the bar heckler, made a crude reference to Bristol about her former relationship with Levi Johnston, and went on to call her mom, Sarah Palin, a whore.

Hanks then went on to file a defamation lawsuit against the star, claiming that Bristol Palin called him gay, and ruined his reputation when she gave an interview blaming him as the reason she was going back to Alaska. Hanks also included A&E (the parent company of Lifetime) in the suit, as he claimed he never signed any waivers to appear on the show.

Bristol Palins attorney announced recently that a judge has tossed out the suit. According toTMZ, the judge sided with Bristol and A&E on every count, claiming the show was protected by the First Amendment, and also that Hanks did not have his privacy violated because no unknown facts about him were revealed. The judge has also ordered Hanks to pay the Palins legal fees.
