Sarah Palin's son Track Palin, wife Britta 'divorcing'

Sarah Palin's son Track Palin and his wife Britta have filed for divorce.

The couple filed joint legal documents in an Alaska court seeking to dissolve their marriage, according to TMZ.

Alaska law stipulates that Track and Britta have already settled property and financial division.

They have also worked out custody for their 1-year-old daughter Kyla, who was born in August 2011.

Britta and Track married in May 2011, although they dated on and off since high school.

Track is an army reservist who served in Iraq. He featured on his mother's reality series Sarah Palin's Alaska in 2010.
