Sarah Palin rips Time Magazine for picking Obama as 'Person of the Year'
Washington, Dec. 21 (ANI): Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has slammed Time Magazine for naming President Barack Obama "person of the year," saying the publication was displaying its "irrelevancy."
"Time magazine, I think there is some irrelevancy there, to tell you the truth," she said on Fox News's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren."
"I mean consider their list of the most influential people in the country and the world, some who have made that list - yours truly! that ought to tell you something right there regarding the credence we should give Time magazine and their list of people," she said.
According to Politico, other than "drive us over a fiscal cliff," Palin said of Obama, "what the heck has he done?"
Time named the president the magazine's "person of the year" for, in part, "finding and forging a new majority, for turning weakness into opportunity and for seeking, amid great adversity, to create a more perfect union," the report added. (ANI)
